Facebook’s parent company Meta predicted that Apple’s ad tracking changes would cost the company $10 billion in ad revenue. Facebook spent years building the world’s biggest social platform. But personal data, which was once considered its biggest asset, has become a liability amid privacy crackdowns. It’s a little over a year since Apple started empowering iPhone owners with more precise control over their privacy. We’ve been seeing a continued steady decline in the consumer’s inclination to allow tracking ever since. The latest NuVoodoo Digital Media Media Study was fielded on June 5th and 6th with 5,495 14-54 year-olds. Watch to see the results.
